Big Cove Greenway 3 mile loop-25:49. Pretty sure that's a 3mile PR for me! Ready for next weekend's Ribbon Run!! If it's as gorgeous next Sat as it is today, will be a great day to being the family and line the streets of Downtown to cheer on everyone running. Hope to see you all there!

Able to do our wod at CrossFit901 in Memphis this morning.
95/115/115PR

Snatch is like a stupid golf swing. Either I'm in the groove or I'm trying to ice skate with 2 left feet. Earlier this week I could barely get 1 rep at 115. This morning I nailed 115 5x, went for 120, got it once for a new 1RM PR.
