The three musketeers! If you see one of these three, there’s a good chance the other two aren’t far away! Melody, Mary Helen and Cass are all CrossFit studs and there’s no doubt why. They certainly put in the work, and have fun doing it! Way to work, ladies! ??????

Can remember the times each round, but I think 24:05 overall, slowest round was 2:18
200m run, 135# snatch-width DL, 4 KB snatch each arm 1.5pd, 8 WB SU 20#
Glad to see you all on the screen, and even to have Nathaniel asking “where the heck is Kennedy?” as I came back from each run.
Core work complete as well.

right-side-up or up-side-down these three are amazing!
24:34 slowest was the first 2:10
did 65lb hang cleans instead of snatches & ran.
Afraid I would take out a light fixture in my garage with snatches.
Then: In honor or R&E ran 3 miles.
