0900 Zoom with Misty/Bradley, even managed to get teenager Andrew out of bed to WOD with me! We did the home WOD, 3mi of running in there, uggh.
- Andrew finished etmin and change, 1pd KBS and 10# slam ball
- Dad finished about 20-30sec later, 1.5pd KBS and 20# slam ball for SU. I chased him all over the neighborhood while running, but could reel him in.
Go get you some sun this afternoon before the rain hits tomorrow....

FYI if you don’t have a sled. Put your riding mower in neutral and push it around the yard. That’s what we do in Priceville.

His wife was explaining him to me one day when she was shopping in lululemon (I had not met her) I quote how she described him: “he is super hot, played football for UNA and does CrossFit”
