Un-anchored Abmat Sit-Ups for reps Running for Meters

The total amount of calories, sit-ups, and running will be determined on the day based off the number of participants.

Isn't it crazy how you look at this wod and think "Thats insane... I wonder what my time will be?" We had to give this one a crack from our garage gym in Darwin, Australia. A balmy 91 degrees with 80% humidity today.
Kym: scale 35lbs 30:52.
Paul: scale reps 18.57.
