WOD: A. Deadlift 3-2-1 2-3 E2:30MOM B. 7 minute AMRAP of: 7 deadlifts 315/205 or 275/185 (55 and over 225/155) 14 one legged squats (7 each leg alternating) (55 and over KB goblet squats 24kg/16kg) 21 double unders BBOLC is BACK!! Great job to to those that got their baseline 5k test this morning.
Wasn't sure what to expect with this run since its been 3 years since my last 5k. Two things that I can confirm :
1 - distance running is a tough grind
2 - CrossFit keeps you 'in shape' and 'ready'
