Warm up: 250m row 3 rounds 100m run 5 burpees 10 lunges WOD: TEAM WOD In teams of 2 complete the following for time: 400m run 50 push ups 50 box jumps 24" 50 thrusters 95/65 400m run 50 KTE 50 lunges 50 burpees 400m run *both partners run 400m each time, only 1 person works at a time on each movement, must complete movements in the order listed*
