Think it was 39:40, scaled to 1pd KB with bike.
Got to WOD with my two older sons, which was mo’ better. They convinced to buy them Cracker Barrel breakfast after. Then got birthday presents for Matthew (21) and Andrew (18). Overall a productive morning [albeit expensive one] ?
