Yeah I bowed out of this but got to watch it. John H. had the idea to go ahead and do the WOD after 2 hours of olympic lifting. They all killed it. I liked the pact they made to only do snatches since it was "Snatch Saturday". They also did it in lifting shoes which was a nice touch.

I switched it up! (Snatch/ C&j) I hated John:) at rep 7, which was into the burpee's I wanted to punch John! 8 min. Seemed endless.
