WOD: A. In 15 minutes build up to a 1RM Deadlift B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of: 9 DL 155/100 (masters 55+ 145/90) 12 hand release push ups 15 box jumps 24"/20" (masters 55+ 20"/20", step ups allowed)

Iron Tribe from B'ham had the top Rx'ed female
CrossFit Nomad had the top scaled male
CrossFit Rampage out of Murfreesboro had the top scaled female
CFHSV represented with athletes, volunteers, & spectators
Jordan did a great job orchestrating the grand opening of CHAMP CrossFit!! Would be great to have a local competition like that quarterly to get to know other athletes, learn from them, and see where we truly are in the grand pecking order!!
