WOD: "Running Downhill" by DB For Time: 800m run 10 OHS 115/80 RX+ 135/95 (55 and over 95/65) 800m run 15 strict pull-ups RX+ L-sit pull-ups (55 and over regular pull-ups) 600m run 10 front squat 115/80 RX+ 135/95 (55 and over 95/65) 600m run 15 chest to bar pull-ups 400m run 10 back squats 115/80 RX+ 135/95 (55 and over 95/65) 400m run 15 ring pull-ups 200m run 10 pistols each leg (20 total) (55 and over 20 goblet squats 24kg/16kg) 200m run 15 pull-ups We WILL be open for 8am, 9am, 10am and Barbell Club. However, CHILDCARE IS CANCELED. We apologize for any inconvenience. Running & Endurance is canceled today.
