WOD: A. In 15 minutes build up to a 1RM push press B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of: 15 box jumps 24"/20" 12 push press, 115/75 9 T2B 55 and over men and women: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of: 15 box jumps or step ups, 20" 12 push press, 95/55 9 T2B

Friggin frustrated, 15 pounds off my 1RM and 2 rounds less than last years Open, I cannot seem to shake the effects of getting the flu a few weeks ago. Just gotta keep working and plugging along to get my fitness back.
