WOD: "Barbell Barbara" by DB 4 rounds, each for time of: 5 hang squat clean 135/95 (MRX 95/65) 20 pull-ups 5 power clean 135/95 (MRX 95/65) 30 push-ups 5 hang squat clean 135/95 (MRX 95/65) 40 ab-mat anchored sit-ups 5 power clean 135/95 (MRX 95/65) 50 squats rest exactly 3 minutes between each round Score = final time minus 9 minutes of rest CFHSV Running & Endurance WOD: Spend 12 minutes working on rowing drills and technique 3 sprint rounds for time of: row 300m, right leg only run 200m row 300m, left leg only run 200m rest 3 minutes between rounds
