Ran the Hiwaay Sprint Triathlon this morning. Approached it like a WOD and I ROCKED it!! First 400m swim in almost 2 years, same for the 6 mile bike. Not sure of my time yet, but I kept moving and finished strong. Love the mentality to push through that Crossfit gives me.

25:23 I think.Great workout Aaron!
Trying to lean up a little with it being mountain bike season. Gotta get ready for Black Bear Rampage in September.
Great job to Mandy on her triathlon. She pretty much has 2 weeks of CF back under her belt and decided to do it as a "workout".

20mi hike with Boy Scout Troop 343 to earn their coveted Hiking Merit Badge. All of the mileage on the hard parts of Monte Sano. My feet need an ice bath. Congrats to all those testing today.

“You’re fighting the gun trade, you’re fighting the drug trade — anything that’s evil you’re fighting out here in this neighborhood,” says Seminole Athletic Director Nicholas Jones. He speaks from experience. Jones spent nearly 20 years growing up in the rough-and-tumble north Huntsville community of Butler Terrace.
