WOD: A. In 10 minutes, build up to a 1RM Power Snatch B. 13 minute AMRAP of: 3 muscle-ups 3 power snatch 135/95 3 strict HSPU 30 double unders CFHSV Running & Endurance WOD:
Decreasing Distance on the Minute Run Training
Perform 2 800m runs every 6 minutes on the minute
then
Perform 4 400m runs every 4 minutes on the minute
then
Perform 6 200m runs every 2 minutes on the minute
then
Perform 8 100m runs EMOM
meet at CFHSV at 8am
