WOD: "Holleyman" 30 rounds for time of: 5 wallballs 20/14lbs. 10/9' (55 and over 20/10 9') 3 handstand push-ups (55 and over 4" rise) 1 power clean 225/155lbs. (55 and over 155/105) U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Aaron N. Holleyman, 27, of Glasgow, Montana, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group, based in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, was killed on August 30, 2004, when his military vehicle hit an improvised explosive device in Khutayiah, Iraq. He is survived by his daughters Shelby and Erin, son Zachary, parents Ross and Glenda, and siblings Kelly and Daniel. CFHSV Running & Endurance WOD: For 10 minutes on the rower: Sprint 20 seconds, recovery row for 40 seconds active rest for 5 minutes while accumulating 50 sit-ups, then For 5 minutes on the rower: Sprint for 15 seconds, recovery row for 15 seconds active rest for 2:30 while accumulating 25 sit-ups, then 1 minute row sprint, recovery row 1 minute, 30 seconds row sprint REMINDER: We will be hosting the Black Shirt Club test today at 12pm! Athletes must pre-register on MBO to reserve their spot and arrive early to warm up on their own. Barbell Club is CANCELED today. Childcare WILL be available from 1130am until the completion of the test.

Congratulations to all our newest Green Team and Black Shirt Club members! We had an awesome group of top notch athletes giving it their all and it was so exciting to watch! Way to go CFHSV! :)

It was a rough and tumble kind of workout today. Proud to say I finished.
