4min AMRAP @ 85lbs - that’s a PR & I got 3 rounds
In the 8 min AMRAP I had to go to a lower weight- would’ve liked to go to 55 or 60 but I only have 45lbs so I did that weight & got 5 rounds & 8 reps.
Cannot wait for Wednesday!
