WOD: A. Deadlift: 6 - 4 - 2 - 2 - max reps @ 82% B. 4 rounds for time of: 40 double unders 20 WBS 20/14 10'/9' 10 deadlifts 225/155 Reminder: Running & Endurance and BBOLC are canceled today. We WILL have classes at 8am, 9am, and 10am!
