If you ever question CrossFit and our programming's efficacy, just look at the board and your WOD Book. Today was PR central. Great job all athletes that came in an established new RMs. Keep up the smart, yet hard training.

Also BBOLC was HOT today in a whole lot of ways:) Great job ladies and N8.

Hat trick of PRs!

I got 225 once on FS but failed the second. Still, 225 is a new 1RM and another PR!

Not a typical CFHSV day, but it was awesome to see everyone getting under something heavy today! Great job to everyone who came out!
