"Amazing Grace" For Time: 30 Clean & Jerk 135/95 (55 and over 95/65) **remember, like any WOD, this is scaleable!** Reminder! Today we will have one class at 9am. Come out to support a great cause! Join us to raise funds, awareness and show our support for Mammograms in Action, a non-profit organization that provides mammograms for at risk men and women who otherwise would not be able to receive them. This is a FREE class to all CFHSV athletes! If you can, please make a donation to our CFHSV Fundraising TEAM! Or bring your donation with you and we will donate it on your behalf! All drop in fees will be donated as well. And DON'T FORGET TO WEAR PINK!
