OHS 3-3-3-3 E3MOM B. 3 rounds for time of: 400m run 6 HSPU 7 OHS at 115/80 8 bar facing burpees CFHSV Running & Endurance WOD: run 1 mile, 15 burpees rest 5 minutes run 1 mile, 10 burpees rest 5 minutes run 1 mile, 5 burpees rest 5 minutes run 1 mile recovery time begins immediately after run is finished, keep mile splits within 1 minute of each other meet at Randolph Track at 8am REMINDER: Basic Kipping Pull-Up Workshop today at 11am!

An excellent turn out for the kipping pull-up workshop. Please take note of all the training tools and techniques Coach Tracey and Josh provided you. Practice, Practice, and Practice. I watched some of this and a great big kudos to Josh and Tracey for their excellent prep and training to serve the CFHSV athletes. Great job to the athletes and coaches.
