Complete the following for time of: 21 hang power snatch 115/80 42 WBS 20/14 10' 15 hang power snatch 115/80 30 WBS 20/14 10' 9 hang power snatch 115/80 18 WBS 20/14 10' CFHSV Running & Endurance WOD: 2 rounds for time of: run 3 miles, rest 7 minutes *Keep 3 mile splits within 5 minutes of each other.
