5:45. PR by more than 3 minutes...while this really sucked...it felt really, really good. Gotta work on breathing.

Last time I did this was exactly a year ago. Finally got everything unbroken.

6:17 @ 35# PR
pulled something in my shoulder last week, so I kept the weight light. Did this weight in September and my time was 7:36

4:45 PR by 90 seconds from September.

Had a headache as soon as I hit the ground afterward. Guess I need to remember to breathe.

Fantastic job to everyone today who tackled "Fran". Loved being able to watch the enthusiasm and intensity you guys all brought to the class today. Some HUGE PR's across the board for just about everyone. Including Justin with a sub 3! Also, fantastic coaching by Dennis as always.

I did the Run/OHS/Pull-up WOD from a couple days ago.
11:05

That hurt. OHS need to be a little bit faster but since I have a bad tendancy of not opening up my hips and had Dennis making sure every rep was legit they were a bit slower than I wanted.

O, and good call Larry. :)

Fran @ 75#'s - 8:56

Last time I did this WOD I did 75# and jumping PU and got 7:56. I kept the same weight but did pull-ups this time, and only went up 1 minute in time. I feel that with the added work of real pullups today I made some real progress.

"Fran" was the 2nd WOD I did when i started CF back in september. I wanted to come today to compare. I recorded the weight (45 and then down to 35 for the last two rounds) for that WOD but not the time, although i think the time was around 10 minutes or so.

Today i did 55lbs. and finished at 8:21. Not as fast as I might have liked, but still some definite progress.
