FGB =247. 2 off my previous PR of 249. not bad considering that was 2 years ago.

I left my round sheet for FGB at the gym. If possible, please don't throw it away. I'd like to get the breakdown of each movement each round. I'll be at the gym on Tues and pick it up then (if it is still around). Thanks!
