Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

i forgot my lifting shoes at home. I missed them dearly. If you don't have a pair yet....ask for a pair for Christmas! The shoes definitely make a difference.

Best 75 bucks you will spend on Crossfit equipment.
