Orange bands are required for the Free Class (wear them in please).
This WOD will have a 50 or 45 or 40 minute cut-off depending on how long the warm-up takes.
A large breadth of scaling will be implemented for this class (i.e. an Eva Lite of reduced rounds, reps, time, and weight based on athletes abilities).
This is really no different than other classes, the key is to compliment each athlete without running over time and interfering with the Benchmark Class.
As I stated last night for the Benchmark Class,
Everything KLowe said and then some. Come ready and warmed up, I want to give everyone adequate time to finish as it can take awhile. Sub 40 is a good time, sub 50 is not bad either just to give you a taste. Jeremy Thiel hit a 36:43. Hydrate, Hydrate, and shave those hand corns Not too deep the day prior!
Look forward to see how everyone’s date with EVA turns out. Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive! Coach DB Out

First wod with my new kettlebells at home. Amanda got me 8, 12, 16,20,24, and 32 kg bells (sweet!) Also got a rack new 20kg Oly bar, 15kg bar for Amanda, 15lb bar for the kids, and a 20 pound weight vest. I invested in my home gym for my birthday!
Not too disappointed in my eva time. I'm always about 10% slower when wodding on my own at home. This is 5% slower than the last (and only) other time I did Eva.

Everybody that had a date with EVA today, you too performed exceptional as well. As I stated in our debrief, take that hard work and never quit attitude out of the box and apply it to all aspects of your life. You all are truly great and inspiring people. Love being there with all of you. Keep up the hard work. Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive! OkieDB Out
