complete hip opening/ stop at top of box. AP and Eric, great job! I'm just glad I didn't get a fire call at the end of this WOD!!

Thanks Steve! Weighed this morning and was at 140, but ran a little over six miles about 90 mins before the wod so might have been below 140 at 3-2-1-Go time :)
