Great job CFHSV. You ROCK! Super duper proud of you. Wish I could have been there. Enjoy, celebrate, and get right back to training on Monday. The Open is on it's way. Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive! Coach DB out

Great pic, although, yes, a few peeps are missing. ;) Is it just me, or do Jake and Tye seem awfully cozy in their bromantic corner? Haha! Love it! So much fun watching it all, but still being "involved" in the action, so I still felt like a part of the team! I have zero voice today. Guys, I have been a spectator at quite a few events - ones I wanted to participate in but couldn't due to pregnancy, hubby traveling, etc. Being there to support our fellow athletes (our friends, really) is huge and means more than you'll ever know. Even if you aren't participating, I encourage you to attend an event as a spectator. It's amazing what showing a little support can do! I've volunteered at a few CFHSV events and this one was definitely the most well-organized. Great job to Mandee and Christina, who not only organized everything and kept it running, but had the added pressure of competing, as well!

Great day yesterday, and what an awesome display of camaraderie!!

I don't remember what my rep count was for "Santora", but it was a true Hero WOD.... Rx'ed, and really slowed down by round 3...
I never thought there was a match for FGB, but this was it!
This was Fight Gone Worse!!
Way to go to all who gave it a go today!
