So, today I was reminded of one of the BIG reasons that I've stuck with crossfit for so long. Took both boys on 1.5 hour hike/run in land trust (with 25 lb toddler strapped to my back.) I feel very blessed that my fitness from crossfit allows me to share these experiences with my kids! Being strong definitely makes me a better wife and mom.

5 rds rx'd. One of my 2012 CF goals was to rx MU in a WOD! Everyone was working so hard today.
My favorite moment of the week was seeing Tasha get that 75# today. She didn't give up, it was so great and so inspiring! I wish everyone could of been there to see it. It was so motivating watching all the athletes in our gym push through 12.2!
