Happy Easter to all. Hanging in the Dallas-Ft Worth USO waiting on my connecting flight home.
Final day of week-long business trip to Honolulu. Ran the Ford Island Bridge Run 10k at Pearl Harbor at sunrise, ~47min gun time, pleasant and scenic trip.
Then went to CF 808. 4 rft of 20 WB, 20 KB swings 2pd and 400m run. Legs not behaving after the 10k, oh well. 16:32 Rx'ed. HUGE Bonus: got to do the WOD with one of my oldest buds and college classmates.
Head Trainer is Elyse Umeda, multiple CF Games competitor. Very pleasant, used to coach womens hoops at Samford in B'Ham. She gives all level 1 visitors the WOD for gratis. Bought a shirt as payment.

After a great morning with the family decided to do a homemade WOD based on Saturday.
100 air squats (only had one bar)
50 225# deadlift (the plates dug a hole in the ground so ended up lifting from about an inch off ground)
50 pushups (forget that hand release stuff)
50 brick wall jumps
50 40 pound dumbbell swings
100 double unders.
