Come on now...this is too awesome. This mother daughter duo set the bar high. Hope me and my boys are together like these two are years from now. They’re smooth as can be in the gym together. They support each other, tease each other, and the love and respect is obvious. Thanks for sending in the cool shot and glad y’all are still WODing together outside the gym.

Man, this is truly such an amazing photo! I smiled so big when I got this picture from Bekah because it was such a perfect representation of these two beautiful people and their relationship. Angie and Bekah are incredibly hard working and always kind, friendly, supportive, and encouraging to not only each other but to everyone around. No surprise that they’ve been turning their home workouts into team WODs and throwing down together. Keep after it you two!

Dang! This is such an awesome pic for so many reasons! Two bad to the bone crossfitters that just happen to be mom and daughter! It’s awesome to watch these two throw down together. The love is evident and they always have fun while they are pushing each other to the limit! Love these families that get strong and sweat it out together!
