Man the CFHSV Athletes really motivated me today. I ended up doing "GI Jane" as a triple after talking it up so much and really loving this WOD.
So after all classes I stayed and did it. RXd = 11:57 You all smoked me, but I am stoked that all athletes that hit this hit it hard and pushed the whole time.

Like i have always said, our CFHSV athletes are the coaches true motivating force.

This was pretty fun! When I started here in September I had just barely learned to do kipping pull ups. Honestly I did not expect that I would be able to complete this workout and the whole way through I was worried about crashing. But Dennis made it sound like fun and guess what... it was.
