Slade is STRONG! Seriously he is Strong and a spectacular athlete at CFHSV!

Paul and Peyton cover your six over there and battle each other in a WOD. Make sure you wear your CFHSV T-shirts when doing it. I will award the winner of the Afghanistan Battle WOD between you to a CFHSV T-shirt. I want results though.

Thanks for the motivation Coach! It looks like I'll be getting a new CF HSV tee shirt since I smoked Peyton on "Sham" by over a full minute. It was kind of like what Clemson is going to do to Oklahoma in the Russell Athletic Bowl this year. We both wore our CF HSV gear of course--I'll email you a picture one of my other employees took. Hopefully we will get to battle a few more times before I go home; we both got a great workout even if AAL USA were the only ones on KAIA brave enough to WOD here with the burning garbage and very cold weather!

You both rock and make a coach proud to know you stay consistent even while in a combat zone. Both of you are worthy of a CFHSV T-shirt and so much more.
Thanks for the pic, it is awesome.
