HVD all! Speaking of love, today begins a week of evangelistic meetings at Calvary Baptist Church, today at10:45 and 6:00 PM, and at 7:00 each night this week. Would love to see some of my CF mates there.

There are stories of one who wandered the world about 8 years ago with power enough to tame a kobra. Although you may think it only folklore, I am here to tell you it is true. The kobra strike had no effect on this one, and as she stared deep into its eyes, the kobra was lulled into a trance and the only choice was submission.

Two Power-Houses right there! A couple that makes CFHSV so much better. By the way, look at that form, they practice what they preach!

JK y'all are both awesome! I got a better story of two people meeting:

A few years ago I walked into open gym (imagine that) and this little boy that looked like Rich Fronig but with purple eyes or something like that was coaching Nathaniel to death. Nate told me this guy just joined and was already wanting to and planning on being a coach. I told Nathaniel it would never happen. For whatever reason I just didn't like him. It wasn't that he did anything wrong, I just didn't like him. As the months rolled on I would watch him struggle through WODs with light weights but flawless form (except for his trademark ankle collapse). Slowly my opinion of this guy changed...almost as fast as his eye color. He started to get stronger, and faster, and better. He didn't change who he was but I finally started to get to know him and found out this was a great guy. Now he dominates WODs, with heavy weights, and flawless form...yet still with the ankle collapse. He became a coach, and one of the best. His dedication to our box is unmatched. I am proud to consider him a friend.

I love you too Shana, but I always did from day 1 :)
Have a great Valentine's Day you too. If you see Kodi, tell him from the bottom of my heart...to go F himself.

These two are complete rockstars! CF Huntsville definitely benefits from their presence! Keep up the great work you too! But one question remains.... Which one has more shoes?

What can I say about these two....for starters, they are one pint-sized, beautiful couple! Both are very kind and super friendly! Describing these two as athletic anomalies is an understatement! I am so glad Kodi and Shana are a part of this wonderful community! Y'all keep up the hard work you put in day in and day out!

Kodi and Shana are both awesome athletes and people. Kodi definitely called me old the first time I talked to him. It took a while, but I've been able to forgive him and move past it.
