Many thanks to the Crossfit HSV clan that turned out to support Jordan at the CFC Throwdown yesterday. Xfit HSV was well represented and took three of the six spots on the podium in scaled and Rx men and women. We had the loudest supporters as well!! You guys are the best. Thank you. P. Pepe

I cried twice. Once when it got hard for me and then another time when Michael told me to suck it up and think about Roy's family. I am so thankful for everyone who helped me through this.
