Steve Price, Here's the results of the CHAMP Throwdown!
CrossFit 615 from East Nashville had the top Rx’ed male
Iron Tribe from B’ham had the top Rx’ed female
CrossFit Nomad had the top scaled male
CrossFit Rampage out of Murfreesboro had the top scaled female
CFHSV represented with athletes, volunteers, & spectators!
Jordan did a great job orchestrating the grand opening of CHAMP CrossFit!! Would be great to have a local competition like that quarterly to get to know athletes of other boxes in our community, learn from them, and see where we truly are in the grand pecking order!!
Great timing for the Throwdown to get ready for the 2013 Open!!

I heard Mac was on beast mode!
My ankle has taken a turn for the better the last two days... The open may just happen for me after all!!!!! I pray!
I'm so proud of the athletes who participated. Planning those events takes a village with ONE chief. So my hat is off to Jordan for doing it well.
