Awesome Pic. Shows so many things and can mean so many things. Exhaustion after a WOD or big lift. The frustration and battle we perform everyday with the bar. Or just a good picture of an athlete contemplating their next move. I may be wrong on all accounts, but I love the pic and athlete. Furthermore I love watching an athlete grow from his/her successes and failures in the BOX! Most importantly they get out there and try consistently.

Ooh freaky, I had a premonition that your pic would be up today! I actually got to see this shot taken, too. Rob, you always bring it. A hard working athlete and wonderful husband to my friend Dani.

Rob is constantly getting stronger, faster, and fitter. He sets goals and crushes them, sometimes with a celebratory slam of the bar and shout out loud! Stay after it, my brother, stay after it.

Thanks for the kind words :) I got a little excited after my PR yesterday but this picture captures a different and more common side of what we all experience in the gym. DB nailed it as usual. I'm so thankful for all of you CFHSV coaches and athletes that always make me better!
