Did not make it in time to post yesterday, but I wanted to say how extremely proud I am for all of our athletes and coaches that grabbed 13.2 by the horns and wrestled this WOD down. Outstanding job by all of you. Thank you for helping and pushing yourself to new limits. Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive!

Did todays wod with running up and down our drive way. If anything it was a little longer than 1000 M. I also did the air squats after the run instead of the Muscle ups accidentally. I got 28:38. My younger bro James did the same thing except he scaled the muscle ups with 20 C2B pull ups and 20 deficit push ups. He got 37:38. Good luck everyone! Have fun BBOLC!
