WOD: "CHELSEA" Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes complete: 5 pull-ups 10 push-ups 15 air squats *If athletes makes it to 30 minutes, one rep per exercise will be added per minute* Score = total minutes athlete successfully keeps up with the clock plus any additional reps

Great Benchmark classes today for Chelsea. Several new Leaderboard names. Congrats. Those people that threw around big heavy weights today also did awesome, but I am not talking about that :)
