WOD: "The Bear Complex" 5 rounds, with 3 minutes rest between each round, of: 7 rounds of... 1 power clean 1 front squat 1 push press 1 back squat 1 push press Athlete decides the weight, but each round it will get progressively heavier.

I did this one at home. My time was 24:42 counting rests. I had to dig deep for that second push press on each round. See everyone tomorrow!
