He is survived by his parents Ray and Pat, and siblings Terri, David, Joseph and Thad.

George routinely encourages me, thru his own example, to pick up heavier stuff at every WOD: the 2pd KB (or 2.5pd), an extra 20# on the snatch, etc. Then keep on with accessory work afterwards. Follow That Leader!
