Warm-up: 10 minutes of a slow to moderate pace row. Followed by 10 minutes of skill work on the "Bear Complex" Workout: "Bear Complex" 5 Rounds, 7 sets of the following sequence: Power Clean Front Squat Push Press Back Squat Push Press Rest between rounds as needed. Notes: The Power clean must be seperate from the front squat. No resting on the ground during rounds, not even to re-grip. You want to be at max load by round 4 or 5. Cool-down: 3x10 Reverse Hypers

Considering my previous push press 3rm is 95, I'm happy. Wish I had finished though.

I let go of the bar momentarily on the last two rounds of the last two sets. Bear is always a tough workout.

My grip was as close to gone as it's ever been on the last three rounds. Brutal, total gut check, I did not want to pick the bar back up after the second complex.
I'm looking forward to the next time with this one.

that 125 round absolutly killed me, let go of the bar after 5 reps. Ill punch that Bear in the face next time!

Robert math kicked in on the fourth round. Thought I had 145 on the bar, but realized it was 155 after I missed the second push press. 145 felt strong after that, but a technical error cost me on one of the push presses.
