U.S. Army Captain Jason Holbrook, 28, of Burnet, Texas, assigned to 1st Battalion, 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne), based out of Fort Bragg, North Carolina, was killed on July 29th, 2010 in Tsagay, Afghanistan when insurgents attacked his vehicle with an improvised explosive device. He is survived by his wife Heather Holbrook and his parents Joan and James Holbrook.

The memorial service for Kelley Berger will be held at Monte Sano Lodge, Monte Sano State Park, 2:00 pm Sun., Feb. 13. Anyone who would like to come is welcome. In lieu of flowers, donations to The National Transplant Assistance Fund (NTAF) in memory of Kelley C. Berger would be appreciated.

64,66,70,79,83,83,90,90,96,95 second splits

Figured out that I ran 10 extra meters each round. Don't start and stop at the same point if you start at the spot you jump off the pullup bar. 5 lengths throws it off. Should have figured that out in the beginning.

Great photo. To be young, virile, invincible, and a Ranger. I remember doing occasional PT in the Ranger Gym with some guys I met in the battalion there at Hunter and getting smacked about! Only way this aviator could beat any of them was to run the 10mi perimeter loop around the airfield.

Holbrook: About 21:30 total, scaled to 95# and 5 pullups per round (resting some before long race this Sat in Louisville). Fastest round in 1:08, slowest in 1:16

Borrowed a workout from another affiliate, I think it was crossfit greer, but not sure.

100 Double Unders, 10 Burpees, 90 Double Unders, 9 Burpees all the way down to 10 Double Unders and 1 Burpee
