Both a PR today.
From 11/3/2010 I had (20#) and (8 reps). So I am slowly getting stronger. Considering I did my first pull-up EVER in Sept 2010.

Weighted Pull-ups: The goal was to hit 90 across the board. That didn't happen. It's been a while since i've hit a pr for weighted pull-ups.
Kipping Pull-Ups: Far exceeded my expectations of 31. I still feel like I have a lot of room for improvement here. It took about 15 reps to get into a rhythm and quit butterfly before i felt like i had to. Still feel like I'm doing negatives on the down portion. I'm going to set a goal of 75 by the end of summer. I think that it's feasible to hit somewhere in this neighborhood. Overall, great day!
Tye crushed the weighted pull-ups. Strong Work by whole 6 A.M. class this morning!

One of those "looks easy on paper wods". I just need to accept that pain is GOING to be a part of every again faster wod and suck it up. My brain was my enemy tonight.
can't wait to get back to a consistent schedule. Things have been all jacked up for the last couple of months and I hate it.
big thanks to Jake for sticking around to yell at me.
