Hey guys!!! I have so much I want to say but limited time and energy. Some of you know I'm currently in Ohio doing Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and it's going GREAT. I'm seeing many improvements in my symptoms and I'm almost halfway done with the recommended amount of treatments.

I just want to say a huge thank you to all of you again. Because of the "AJ" fundraiser, I was able to get started on this treatment as soon as I read the studies without worrying too much about finances. I got a cheap flight here and the clinic is 30 mins from my family so it is working out great!

The nurses who are working with me say that the fact that my numbness symptoms are getting better means that the nerve pathways are either healing or new nerve pathways are being built-either way the therapy is working and I'm feeling better than I have in months!

Miss you all so much and I can't wait to show off my cooling vest :) Love from Ohio!!!

Clean: 130# (PR)
MetCon: 2 rounds + 4 at the 6min cutoff. Scalled to 1pd KB. I started on a 20" box and dropped it down during round two because I'm not so good at the rebounding. Something (else) to work on.
