Warm-up-
5 minutes working bottom-of-the-squat mobility with your bottom-against-the-wall mobility drill.
Then, the "junk-yard dog" warm-up, followed by the Burgener warm-up.
Workout-
Clean and Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

Jerk is my limiting factor. Need to get under the bar faaster locked out. After that I need to work on the full squat clean.

215 was a 10lb PR for squat clean and C&J, after that I couldn't seem to get 220 above my waist.

215 it is. 10 Under PR.. because I got greedy and spent myself on 230.
The clean (power not squat) was there every time, but the jerk was not. Very frustrating.
