What makes a person who begins a Paleo lifestyle loose inches (several) but not weight (or maybe just a few pounds)? I say who cares as long as your clothes are obviously too big after only 3 weeks and minimal exercise. Ideas?
What would you say to a sub for noodles that is made out of konjac root, the source for glucomannan, which is used as a natural fiber in some nutritional supplements? I got a sponsorship package of INOV8 shwagg today and while it is all mostly awesome shoes and bags and gear I can use, I have a few items that are very "runnerish" and I wanted to see if anyone wanted them.

Also, They sent me a sweet bag so I am going to sell my black LULU LEMON backpack to anyone who wants it... it is a great bag but too many girl colors inside I wasn't aware of when I purchased it... The bag cost about 100.00 and it's in good condition so I'd happily sell it for 50$
And since I'm writing this, Katherine is trying to sell something too:
