I was encouraged tonight about getting my shoulder fixed. Tracy Roberts PR'd on her clean, big time tonight! Her bench wasn't too shabby either... for a lil chick:) Since her surgery, she has gained her strength back quickly and in many ways I see her form has improved. MAYBE BECAUSE SHE HAD TO REST IT? Not sureā¦but its an improvement never the less. YAY
