Tuesday/Wednesday: WODS sandwiched by 800 meter runs
Thursday Morning(approx. 1am-4am) Crossfit "BABY" WOD 4 rounds of:(1) power clean baby out of crib
(2) carry baby to rocker
(3)rock baby
(4) front squat baby out of rocker
(5) The "silent" walk carrying baby back to crib
Hopefully I'll have the energy to see you guys today!

Just had it happen again, so I have to say..... If I had a dollar for every person who stopped me to ask, "What's that sticker on your car? Is it the 'Transformers' logo?" :) I want to sing back to them, "Yeah - 'More than meets the eye!'" hahaha!!

I will say, though, because people have to ask, it's the BEST convo starter. I have probably talked about CF with strangers at least 20 times since I put it on the window of the Tahoe about 6 weeks ago.

I did yesterday's workout at home. My rings aren't hire enough to do full muscle ups, so I had to do started from seated on the floor in L-sit position.

I miss 0600. I've been traveling and Amanda has been spending the night at church with the Youth for Mission Week. Back to a semi-regular schedule next week.

Something like 12:40, 75#. Runs were not, repeat NOT, done with a lot of intensity (neither were the snatches for that matter, trying to concentrate on form and technique)
