Thursday Morning(approx. 1am-4am) Crossfit "BABY" WOD 4 rounds of:(1) power clean baby out of crib
(2) carry baby to rocker
(3)rock baby
(4) front squat baby out of rocker
(5) The "silent" walk carrying baby back to crib

I will say, though, because people have to ask, it's the BEST convo starter. I have probably talked about CF with strangers at least 20 times since I put it on the window of the Tahoe about 6 weeks ago.
