Good crowd at the 0600 today, I heard plenty of grunting outside of my visual field as I entered the pain cave of that WOD.

I really love body-weight WODs, they make me happy (sorta). Bonus: recovery breakfast at City Cafe Diner with new member and rising star Tim Molepske afterwards!
