First time a 2K row has come up in my log. Tried to go negative on 500m splits, sustained 1:55-1:57 on first 1K, got a little sloppy on next 500, then tried to drop the hammer for last 500 and got it to 1:51. Kyle curshed it this morning!

Thanks man. Got the "Fran" cough after that one.
225, 215, 190(Fail). 7:01. Tried to stay at 1:45 or below the whole way through. Last 100m was completely V02max. Not a place I like to be.
